The room was very clean and the staff was efficient. Not a lot of frills. But very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic

This establishment has a lot of potential that is not being cultivated. Some of the positive things: The location was good, next to shopping, dining and activities. It has Southwest charm. The grounds were pretty. The pool and hot tub area was nice, albeit a little run down. On the downside: The Internet was poor and only worked about 10% of the time. It would randomly disconnect in the middle of me doing online projects for work. During a rainstorm, water started leaking through the wall, near the top of the door. We had to call twice about it. The first time, nothing happened, even though they said they’d send someone. The second, their solution was to bring towels to set on the carpet, which were quickly soiled and never replaced. There also was a lightbulb out at our bedside and the sink faucets leaked. Finally, our keys stopped working before the checkout time, which made loading our car difficult. Overall, might not be worth the cost.

Loved my stay, room was on point. The ladies that welcomed me (tall lady and another lady with black hair and glasses, Leslie I think is her name) where very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
